I rarely make the same recipe twice, which used to annoy the crap out of my mom. I have always been excited to try something new, from a different flavor combination to an untested technique, and taking the time to document where I’ve been and what I’ve done has been much less appealing in comparison. I have also prowled what feels like every food blog out there (but probably just a small portion), and though the Internet might not need another blog, here’s my attempt to capture and share pieces of my life.
